Building Sand
Our finest grade of sand is extremely popular with builders because of its consistency and ease of use.
Plastering sand Red
One of our two plastering sands, this naturally red coloured sand is used mainly on inside plastering where its particle size gives it an evenness in drying out that helps abate cracking.
Blended Plastering Sand
This sand is blended from three different materials and is used extensively in dashing, cornerstones and outside work, were an extremely strong and durable finish is reqired.
Screed sand
This specialist sand is extremely strong and durable and is favoured in the mixing of floor screed.
Paving Sand
A course grade sand with up to 5mm particles that is ideal for laying brick or paving flags on. Its high level of constituents means that it drains water quickly and is very stable.
Concrete mix
A blend of sand and aggregate up to 14mm gives this product excellent strength and workability. Ideal foe mixing for posts, backfill, foundations, paths and floors.
Garden sand
A brown grainy sand that is used in mixing with soil to aid drainage and pliability and as a base for lawn turf.
Cement
We stock Quinn cement in 25kg bags.
Dried sand
We stock 25kg bags of kiln dried sand for use in grouting out paving.
We also supply quarry dust, drainage stone, hardcore, screenings and pea gravel.
